Temporary Licenses

Acupuncturist Regular Temporary License - $107 - ACUPUNCTURE TEMPORARY LICENSE AFFIDAVIT

TSBAE meets and grants permanent licenses four times per year. A temporary license may be issued prior to the meeting of the Acupuncture Board upon completion of application process.

Temporary licenses are issued at the discretion of the Executive Director and are valid for 100 days. In addition a 30-day extension may be requested if necessary. 

The temporary license processing fee must be paid in addition to the application-processing fee.

Physician Assistant Regular Temporary License - $107 - PA Temporary License Affidavit

TPAB meets and grants permanent licenses four times per year. A temporary license may be issued, at the discretion of the Executive Director, prior to the meeting of the Physician Assistant Board upon completion of application process.
