Creating Your My TMB Account

Note: If you have ever had a My TMB/SSO account, access the system with your previous username and password. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, select the `Forgot Username or Password' link on the login screen and follow the directions.

Pending applicants can create a My TMB account through the TMB website -  

After completing the security check, select 'Create an Account'. Enter in your assigned TMB ID number (provided after you have filed your online application), and verify the last 4 digits of your social security number and date of birth. You will need to enter and confirm the email address you provided with your online application, which will be your username.

After you create your account, you will be required to create a password and establish security questions. Please be aware that your account contains confidential information and should you disclose your username and password to other parties, those parties will have access to that confidential information.


IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have provided your correct individual e-mail address. If a third party is assisting you in the application process and an alternate e-mail address was used, please update your e-mail through my TMB once your account has been created. Failure to provide a valid individual e-mail could result in the inability to purchase/take the JP exam. You can verify the e-mail address we have online through your My TMB account.

Note: My TMB is not LIST. Physician applicants will need to create a My TMB account even if they have created a LIST account.
